About our founder, Jen DeGroff
For a long time, Jen DeGroff lived by a script that was not hers. From the outside, everything looked complete. Inside, she felt out of alignment.
So she made a bold pivot; walking away from a corporate career to build a life centered on impact.
As the founder of TrueIcon, Jen is on a mission to highlight the good. She helps driven individuals stop overextending so they can build a life that gives them energy.
Her background brings a unique blend of corporate strategy and genuine heart. Jen spent 12 years in corporate marketing and data strategy, 6 years as a personal trainer, and holds an MBA and Autism Fitness certification, serving the neurodivergent community.
Whether she is delivering a keynote, leading a workshop, or coaching, Jen makes people feel seen, valued, and ready to take real action on the goals that matter most. The key to TrueIcon to is genuine connection.
